For health data used in care, we rely on processing necessary for health or social care by or under the responsibility of a health professional. With consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar to understand website use and Google Ads to measure advertising performance. Google Tag Manager manages these tags and Framer provides the website and cookie-consent controls.

Recipients may include NHS bodies, prescribers, healthcare providers, regulators, public authorities, advisers, insurers and suppliers acting for us. Confirmed suppliers include Cal.com for bookings, Stripe for payments, Glide for operational records, Framer for website hosting and cookie consent, Google for tag management, analytics and advertising, Hotjar for website analytics, and YL Digital as a software partner processing data on our behalf. We do not store full payment-card details.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where safeguards are required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for its purpose and to meet legal, NHS, regulatory, professional, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Clinical, pharmacy, prescription and controlled-drug records are retained under the rules applicable to each record type. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
